Affiliate Program Terms

The Affiliate Program is governed by these Affiliate Program Terms, which define the legal relationship, operational rules, and payment conditions between the company and the affiliate. By registering for and participating in the program, the affiliate agrees to be bound by these terms.

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create any employment, labor, partnership, agency, or representation relationship between the affiliate and the company. The affiliate acts as an independent party and has no authority to bind or represent the company in any manner.

The Affiliate Program is open and registration is automatic. Upon registration, the affiliate is assigned a base commission level. Higher commission levels may be unlocked according to objective criteria defined by the company. The company reserves the right to update commission levels, percentages, and qualification criteria with prior notice.

Affiliates earn commissions based on valid revenue generated through their assigned discount code. Valid revenue includes only completed orders that are not returned, refunded, or cancelled. Any orders that are returned, refunded, cancelled, or deemed fraudulent are excluded from commission calculations. The company's internal tracking systems constitute the sole and final source of truth for sales attribution and commission calculation.

Commissions are calculated on a monthly basis and paid on a recurring schedule. Payment of commissions is conditional upon the affiliate issuing and submitting a valid invoice corresponding exactly to the commission amount due for that period. No payment will be made without a valid invoice.

A valid invoice must include, at minimum: an invoice number, invoice date, correct amount, clear description of the services provided, the company's legal details, and the affiliate's legal and tax identification details. If an invoice is incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant, payment will be suspended until a corrected invoice is received.

Affiliates are solely responsible for the declaration, reporting, and payment of any taxes, duties, social contributions, or other fiscal obligations arising from commissions earned under this program, in accordance with the laws of their country of residence or operation. The company does not withhold taxes and assumes no responsibility for the affiliate's tax compliance.

Affiliates are permitted to promote the company's products through organic content, honest and accurate reviews, and their own traffic sources, using their assigned affiliate discount code. Affiliates may not engage in spam, misleading or deceptive advertising, false claims, or any activity that may harm the brand or misrepresent the company's products.

The use of the company's brand name, trademarks, or variations thereof in paid advertising is strictly prohibited unless explicit written authorization is granted. Any violation of these rules may result in the loss of commissions, suspension or removal from the Affiliate Program, and, where applicable, legal action.

Commissions on returned or cancelled orders are not paid. Abnormally high return rates or suspicious activity may trigger a review of the affiliate's account and may result in commission adjustments or program termination.

The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at its discretion in cases of rule violations, fraudulent behavior, or legal risk, without obligation to pay commissions on invalid or disputed transactions.
